Monterey Regional Airport: Transfer service is complimentary. Monterey Jet Center, Del Monte Aviation (Monterey), San Jose International, and San Francisco International Airports: Transfer service is available for a fee. For arrangements and fees, call the Transportation Department at 831-649-7606. Twenty-four hour advance notice is required, with final approval subject to availability.

Yes. Please check in with us at Registration when you arrive. In addition to fabulous tee prizes, you’ll be able to review the electronic welcome packet with full event schedule, teams and tee times, dinner seating chart, information on the charities being supported by The Parker Invitational at Pebble, and map of The Inn at Spanish Bay property.

Pebble Beach Resorts offers complimentary shuttle service from The Inn at Spanish Bay. Each run includes a stop at Spyglass Hill Golf Course and The Spa at Pebble Beach. There will be a separate shuttle for Poppy Hills. Each one-way trip takes up to 30 minutes, so please keep this in mind for travel during the tournament.

We’ll be using Golf Genius, which features live scoring and a live leaderboard. Please download the Golf Genius app to your mobile phone from the APP Store and log in prior to your arrival. The app is very user-friendly and is a great enhancement to the event! The GGID code (passcode) for our tournament will be available soon.

When you arrive, you can leave your clubs with the valet/bellman and they will be stored overnight. You can request your clubs in the morning before your round.

Caddie availability may be limited. If you are interested in caddie service for competition days, we recommend making a request as soon as possible through the online registration page. You may also request a caddie after registering by contacting Event Manager, Regina Barrella. The last day to cancel is May 1, 2026. After that time, the fee(s) will automatically be charged to the card used at the time of registration or your guest room.

Tee times will be posted and distributed via email during the week of May 10th.

Yes. All players will be provided a golf cart for each of the rounds.  Players can also walk, with or without a caddie.

Rounds: Appropriate golf attire (collared shirts, shorts/pants/skirts) Hosted dinners: Smart casual (slacks/skirts/dresses, golf or button-down shirts/blouses; sports coats optional)

If you would like to bring a spouse, friend, or child, you will have the opportunity to make that selection when registering.

Due to the nature of this trip, all individuals staying in your guestroom—regardless of age and whether they attend tournament functions—is considered part of the event and must be registered as a guests. This ensures that lodging, hospitality, and program costs are properly accounted for. Any unregistered guests will be added to your registration, and the corresponding charges will be processed. You can add a spouse/guests after registering by contacting Event Manager, Regina Barrella.

Additions cannot be made after May 13, 2026. A $100 fee will apply to any spouse/guests cancellations and the last day to cancel is March 1, 2026.

Player registration can be cancelled through February 1, 2026. After that time, refunds cannot be made unless a replacement player is provided. You may transfer your registration to another player any time through April 1, 2026. A $300 fee will apply to all cancelled and transferred registrations.

A $100 fee will apply to any spouse/guest cancellations, and the last day to cancel is March 1, 2026.

The last day to cancel a caddie reservation is May 1, 2026. After that time, the fee(s) will automatically be charged to the card used at the time of registration or your guest room.

Yes. There are a limited number of rooms available at the discounted group rate of $840 + applicable taxes and fees, for Sunday, May 24, Friday, May 29, and Saturday, May 30. Additional room nights can be reserved directly with our rooms coordinator, Kyle Van Zanten. He can be reached at vanzantenk@pebblebeach.com. 

Absolutely! If you have already registered, please email dietary requirements for yourself and/or your spouse or guest to Event Manager, Regina Barrella. Modifications to group menu items or specialty meals will be prepared for you.
